NCG Announces Acquisition of Total Container Group

The MAUSER reconditioning subsidiary National Container Group (NCG) is once again expanding its North American operations with the acquisition of Total Container Group (TCG) and Advantage IBC.

TCG was established in 2014 by combining two established industrial container companies; K.P. McNamara and RnR Industrial Services.  CMO Enterprises, a company that offers a comprehensive array of industrial container solutions—ranging from less than 1-gallon cans to 20,000-gallon storage tanks—as well as a variety of ancillary products and services, joined the Group in 2015.

Advantage IBC is an independent reconditioner, distributor and service provider of IBCs located in the Southeastern US.  Its leadership has over 100 years of experience in the industrial container industry and offers their customers solutions to every aspect of their industrial container needs.

This transaction solidifies NCG’s presence in Ohio, Texas and Southern California while expanding their footprint in the Southeastern United States. NCG President and CEO Michael A. Chorpash welcomes these new acquisitions and states that “a bonus of this transaction is the addition of solid management teams that both companies bring to our NCG family.”
