The MAUSER reconditioning subsidiary National Container Group (NCG) has acquired a majority stake in the composite IBC and plastic drum reconditioning division of Prime Pack, Inc. located in Dallas.  This Joint Venture will allow NCG to better serve the Dallas market as well as north and west Texas. It will also serve as a basis for NCG to further expand its presence into oil field and drilling markets. Since 1997, Prime Pack has focused on being a leader in the industrial container services market with unparalleled customer service and product dependability.  The state of the art facility in Dallas reflects the Company’s commitment to its customers and the environment, which directly reflects the MAUSER sustainability goals.

NCG President and CEO Michael A. Chorpash is “excited to be able to incorporate Prime Pack into our network of outstanding service facilities. The Dallas location affords us the opportunity to more effectively service our current customers and to continue the expansion of our footprint into the agricultural, as well as oil and drilling markets.”  NCG will continue to utilize Prime Pack’s consolidation centers in south and west Texas for the collection of empty containers. The new Joint Venture will do business as NCG Prime Pack, LLC.
